We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff at reception were exceptional, offering helpful info and making us feel welcome. The cozy bar and restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was huge. The spa area with saunas, steam room, and pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The hotel is also conveniently located near the ski track and a shop next door.
This place is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great for skiing! We had a great new year's ski trip at a hotel in Lenzerheide. Perfect location, being just a short walk from the slopes. We were pleasantly surprised by the free lift pass offered during our stay and the après-ski drinks were just what we needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with whatever we needed.
The hotel was quite outdated and lacked a bit of personality. The room was basic and lacked character.

Nice View, Friendly Staff, Good Spa the view from the room was really nice and the staff were very friendly. the spa was also good. the hotel was close to the town and had easy access to transportation.
No Vegetables, Overpriced the breakfast had no vegetables. the hotel was overpriced for the service offered and didn't have enough amenities.
